Football: Port Talbot next for Denbigh Town FC

A TRIP to Welsh Premier League giants Port Talbot awaits Denbigh in the third round following Saturday’s comfortable victory over Chirk at Central Park.

Calvin Davies, back at the Vale club after spells in the WPL and at Warrington Town, broke the deadlock on 18 minutes.

Davies made it 2-0 after 35 minutes and Ian Evans added a third before the interval.

In the second period Welsh National League (Wrexham area) visitors Chirk hit back through Adam Bradhsaw soon after the turnaround, but Davies completed his hat-trick in the 72nd minute.
