Ladies 36-Hole Club Championships (Aug 3): 1 Claerwen Render 167 Gross, 2 Tanya Morris 170, 3 Jenny Jones 172.

Seniors Match (Aug 4): Denbigh 10 Padeswood and Buckley Seniors 2.

Ladies Medal (8) & Ray Barker Cup (Aug 5): 1 Valerie Fletcher 92-23-69 Nett (b9-34.5), 2 Claerwen Render 81- 12-69 (b9-35), 3 Betty Thomas 84-14-70 Nett. Ray Barker Cup: 1 Lynne Monro 95-24-71 Nett, 2 Sandra Morris 104-31-73.

Seniors Match: St Melyd 4½ Denbigh 5½ (Denbigh’s Frank Barrett had hole-in-one on 110-yard, par three fourth using a seven iron. It was his first ever ace in over 30 years of playing golf).

Presidents Juniors Cup (Aug 6): 1 Mark Matthews 73-14-59 Nett (h/c now 12), 2 Tom Brown 76-12-64, 3 Liam Rowlands 84-19-6.
