One taken to hospital after two-car smash at Corwen

A MOTORIST was taken to hospital after a two-car smash on Monday.

The air ambulance was called to the scene in Druid, near Corwen at the A5 and A494 junction just after 2.30pm. Police and fire crews also attended.

One casualty was taken to Wrexham Maelor Hospital by ambulance for a check up.
